Tiny Bookstore

There is a little "bookstore" just outside the solarium entrance to the library. It is full of very gently used or like new donations! Please come and give some of the books on this cart a new home (and make a small cash donation if you can).

Do you play the Piano?
We have a sweet Wurlitzer spinet piano in our sitting room. It is ready and waiting for anyone to play. We'd love for you to come in and give it a 'Wurl' .

Take a break from screentime and the pressures of your day in our Take-a-Break Nook in the Remote Workspace. Enjoy soft lighting, background sounds, pleasant aromas and comfy chairs. There's ongoing jigsaw and crossword puzzles, plenty of reading material to choose from, or just put your feet up and close your eyes for a few minutes. Headphones available.

Remote Work Through Libraries

The library has expanded into the adjacent room to offer a new service. This space is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi, semi-private workstations, updated digital devices with technical support so people can work or access online services remotely, safely and reliably. To view the transformation, click here.
We are also offering digital classes and on-site technical assistance through the National Digital Equity Center. Click here to learn more.

If you are a local artist or artisan (or know someone who is) and would like to display work at the library, please contact us.
